Pinto Efi camshaft?

Hi, I need some help..
I have a Sierra 2.0 Pinto Efi all stock, and I want to know whats the best camshaft can I use for fast road car with stock injection.
Kent cams FR34 or Piper cams 285?
Kent cams FR34 says on web page that its valid for stock injection, but other people in that forum recomend the piper cam 285 beacuse have mire cam duration.
The doutb its that piper 285 says on web page that its valid for carb engines not injection, and I want to understand whats the problem if you use a Piper 285 cam with stock injection?
